High-Pressure Dedicated Architecture: The operating pressure of R410A is approximately 60% higher than that of R22, imposing higher demands on the structural strength of the compressor. The scroll plate end-face sealing clearances of the C-SCP series are precisely calculated to minimize leakage under high differential pressure; the motor windings adopt higher-grade insulating materials to prevent corona discharge in high-pressure environments; the shell wall thickness and welding processes have also been correspondingly reinforced to withstand higher burst pressures.
