Q1: Sudden shutdown during operation, then restarts after a while?
A: This is usually caused by the activation of the thermal overload protector. Common triggers: ① Blocked or heavily dust-clogged condenser air inlet/outlet; ② Suction gas temperature too high due to undersized or excessively long refrigerant piping; ③ Clogged capillary tube or drier filter; ④ Unstable power supply voltage. Clearing obstructions, cleaning the condenser, and installing a voltage stabilizer are typically effective solutions.
Q2: Low unit pressure, actual cooling capacity below rated value?
A: Troubleshooting sequence: Check whether actual gas consumption exceeds output → whether the discharge valve/suction valve is faulty → whether the low-pressure valve is stuck → whether there is a leak in the user's pipeline network → whether the pressure switch/sensor setting is too low. The QJ series operates in the mid-capacity range, and improper system matching most commonly manifests as "low pressure, slow cooling."
Q3: Refrigerant leakage causing abnormal pressure?
A: Mid-capacity QJ series models are sensitive to refrigerant charge quantity. Leakage will cause abnormal compressor pressure and affect normal operation. Once abnormal pressure is detected, promptly repair the leak point and recharge with the specified amount. Never add refrigerant "by feel."
